Gibson Granters:
The Zeitlin's, Ransone's, and Helfenbein's are sponsoring/coordinating a Community Pre-4th of July Pig Roast and Seafood boil.
The date will be 26 June in the Pavillion area. Time to be determined.
More details to come, but we'd like to get some contributions for the Pig and seafood - money or supplies. Not required - but appreciated.
We really would like to see the whole community there - so please try and make it! Those new residents who haven't moved in - you are absolutely encouraged and expected to make it.

Elaine - We'd really enjoy your participation. You are officially members of GG! So, absolutely great to meet you guys. As the event gets closer we'll be providing more details. The gang is probably going to convene on details tomorrow.

It's official! The BBQ is on for the 26th. Details will follow - but mark your calendars. We are hoping and planning to have some special 'kid' activities that you will not want them to miss.

Count the Sann's in! We are happy to contribute in any way. This past weekend at Brendan's t-ball party, they had this huge water slide (bigger than a moonbounce). It kept the kids entertained for hours. Maybe we could do something like that if people wanted to pitch in.
Also, do you want us to chime in and let you know what we can bring, or would you rather us just contribute money?

We considered a water slide..but no water access from the barn. We are going to do a moon bounce.
As for contributions..the 'official' request is dessert for o-z and side dish for last names a-n.
We will have a 'contribution bucket' placed at the barn - Elm Street paid for just about everything..but the moon bounce and keg were not acceptable liabilities from Elm street...so Zeitlin, Hefenbein and Rancone's are putting the 'investment' in for those.

The Smith's have gotten the keg. However, we need a tap? Does anyone have one? If not, we will go and rent one from a liquor store, but thought I would throw it out there in case anyone has one laying around. Please let us know.
We are also looking for a big barrel to put the keg on ice. We will need it no later than Friday in order for the Keg to be cold for Saturday. We need something as tall and wide so we can surround it in ice. Please let us know if you have anything or any ideas.
