It's almost that time...... The party will be on July 3rd at 4:00 at the pavilion. Menu is chicken, ribs, water, juice boxes, beer and sodas. We are asking everyone to bring a side dish.
We would ask that if you plan to attend you make A donation towards the food and beer. Please drop all donations to Heather Smith at 203 John Gibson Drive or bring to the party.
Larry Doyle and friends will be making a trip to PA for fireworks. If you would like to contribute to the fireworks fund as well please give money to Larry by June 20th.
Like last year we will have a raffle. Tickets will be sold to win great prizes. All money will be donated to th NICU at AAMC. If you have items to donate for the raffle or would like to make a basket please see Heather for that as well.
Heather can be reached at 410-487-3269 or Hlbacher@gmail.com.
It would be helpful to have replies from those that will definitely attend so we can buy enough food and beverages. Feel free to post here or email Heather.
We look forward to celebrating to with our old and new neighbors and friends.

We are new to the community (moved in Memorial Day weekend) and we very much look forward to the picnic. Can you tell us what is an appropriate amount of donation from the two of us? We want to make make sure we pitch in enough. Happy to make a side dish and wondering if I can bring a few bottles of wine as well? I am a wine lover and enjoy sharing wine with others.

Welcome to the neighborhood. I would say $5 per person attending would be a good starting point to contribute towards the food. It was a great party last year and I am sure will be this year too! Look forward to meeting you.

Nicole and I and the three will be there, of course. Tell Larry I'd love to join whoever is going to PA to get fireworks..just for the hell of it.
Alan - welcome to the community. Nicole and I are at 127 John Gibson. Look forward to meeting you.

I would suggest $5pp for food.
Fireworks I am not sure. We will get what ever we can from the money we all donate. The more money the better fireworks:)

Im making the trip to PA Tuesday to get the real fireworks. Im asking $25.00 to $100 per household in hopes of raising $500 to $800. If there are funds left over it will go towards other party stuff. You can drop off donations to Larry Doyle at 169 John Gibson this weekend and no later than Monday the 20th.

Looks like we have approximately 50 people so far (including lots of kiddies). If you know you are attending, please reply to this post or send an email so we plan accordingly for food.
Thanks to all that donated for fireworks. They are being picked up today and it should be quite a show.
I am going shopping this weekend for all the essentials. If you would like to donate to the food fund, please drop off money to my house by this Friday. You can always bring money the day of, but it would be helpful to have some money up front. Thanks again to those that have already donated.
Looking forward to another great party!

I have received questions about when to drop money. I am going to place a bucket at my front door so you can drop anytime. Just make sure it is in an envelope with your name please.
